Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Time Frame: You may return your item within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition of the Product: The watch must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, and documents (including certificates of authenticity) intact. Any product that shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for a return.
- Authorized Return: Returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team. Please contact us at admin@hokami.xyz with your order number and reason for the return, and we will guide you through the process.
How to Return Your Product
- Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer service team at admin@hokami.xyz within 14 days of receiving your product. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions for returning the item.
- Ship the Product: Carefully package the watch in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us at the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the return conditions. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different model or style, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
Non-returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These include:
- Products that have been personalized or custom-engraved.
- Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery.
- Watches with missing or tampered seals.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or damaged during transit, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information, as we are not responsible for items lost during the return shipping process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please note:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Depending on your payment provider, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary.
- We will deduct any original shipping charges (if applicable) from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label to send the product back to us at no cost. Upon receiving the item, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference.
